Need Motivation? Partner Up!!! Chest, Shoulders, & Core
Sure you have days like me where you don’t feel like going to the gym. However, I always feel better after a good workout. One thing I have learned is having a workout partner keeps me motivated and holds me accountable. Having a workout buddy forces me to go to the gym, and I can lift heavier weights. You don’t have to have a partner everyday. Try partnering up with someone you can rely on once or twice a week for days you want to lift heavier weights. Try switching up your workouts and body parts you train. I am here with my friend WBFF Pro, Jen Jewell. We are going to show you a chest, shoulder, and abdominal workout that you can do with a partner. I recommend doing about 10-15 lbs. heavier weight than you would do by yourself.
Complete 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps. Make sure your spot your partner every step of the way when it’s your turn. So grab the phone, and call your friends and get going.
